Can a client book a weekly session for months ahead?

Yes. Book the series once: weekly, until a date or a set number of sessions. If a session falls on a holiday or a client is ill, move just that session; the rest stay in place. The consultation room is reserved for every session. How online booking works

Can I keep separate hours for online and in-person sessions?

Yes. Online and in-person sessions each get their own working hours, so a client booking an online session sees only your online hours. Both sit in one calendar, and the consultation room is reserved only for in-person sessions. How online booking works

Can sessions be paid in advance?

Yes. For each service you choose full payment or 50% at booking, and a cancellation window from 2 hours to 7 days. If a client cancels later or doesn't come, the system suggests keeping the payment. You confirm, or waive it if your role allows. A payment link works too, and online payments get an eHDM receipt (the Armenian e-receipt). We switch card payments on for you. How deposits work

Can clients who live abroad pay online?

Yes. A client in another country pays by bank card when booking from your link, or from a payment link you send. The card is charged in dram and the payment reaches you like any other.

What does the reminder say?

What you write. You set the text of the confirmation and the reminders yourself, so they can leave out the centre's name and the service. They go by SMS and email.

Who sees a client's card and phone number?

Only the people you allow. You can limit access to a client’s record to their own psychologist, mask phone numbers and decide who may export the list. Security

Does it work for child psychologists and speech therapists?

Yes. Weekly sessions, packages and reminders work the same way. The parent books and receives the reminders.
