What happens when a class is full?
New bookings go to the waiting list. When someone cancels and a spot frees up, the next person on the list is booked automatically and notified. You set the capacity for each class.
How do class passes work?
Packages, visit passes and unlimited passes. Usage is tracked after each class. You sell them at the desk, and online when clients book a class, once card payments are enabled. We help you enable them. The fee is 2.9% for cards issued in Armenia and 3.5% for cards issued abroad.
Can we set a cancellation rule?
Yes. You set the free cancellation window. Clients get a confirmation and up to two reminders, by SMS and email, and can cancel their booking online on their own.
Do trainers see their schedule?
Yes. Each trainer opens emly on their phone: their classes and who's booked. Nothing to download. A separate app for trainers is coming soon.
We run a gym. Is emly for us?
Yes. emly has a dedicated page for gyms: memberships, front-desk entry and member cards. Booking two or more courts or halls in one go is coming soon. emly for gyms
How long does moving take, and do we keep our clients' history?
On request, we import the available data from a notebook, Excel or another system. Visit history, services and team depend on the source; we agree what can be moved before the import. We train your team free: on site in Yerevan, by video call elsewhere. You can run both systems for a week before you switch.
