Ask us to import the available data, free. What we can move depends on the source: visit history can be imported from other systems, while we agree the available data from Excel or notebook photos with you first. Team training is free, on site in Yerevan or by video call elsewhere. You can run both systems for a week before switching.
What changes for our front desk team?
When a client calls through ats.am, their card opens before the admin answers. We connect the line for you. The system requests the deposit. At closing, the admin counts the cash and emly shows any difference.
Is our data safe? Who can see client phone numbers?
You decide, with 140 permissions: masked phone numbers, who can export, who sees money. You can see every signed-in device and sign it out.
