The emly app has its own terms
Creating an account and using emly (the app at emly.am) are governed by the app’s terms of service and privacy policy, currently in Armenian and Russian. You accept them when you sign up. Nothing on this website changes them.
Information on the site
We work to keep prices, features and figures on this site correct and up to date. Still:
- The price and conditions that apply to you are the ones shown in the app or on your invoice when you buy. If they differ from this site, the app and your invoice apply.
- Calculations labelled “Example” are examples, not a promise of results for your business.
- Statistics show the period they cover and an “as of” date. They describe emly’s past data, not a guarantee.
- Comparisons with other products are dated and based on those companies’ public information on that date. They may have changed since.
- Some features are available only in Armenia or only on some plans. The page says so where it matters.
Names and content
The emly name, logo, texts, pictures and product screens on this site belong to RetentionForce, Inc. You may read, share, link to and quote the site. For other uses, ask us first.
Other companies’ names (for example integration partners or competitors) belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t mean they endorse emly or that we are affiliated with them.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site, and don’t use it to mislead others, for example by pretending to be emly. Search engines and other crawlers are welcome.
Links to other sites
The site links to the emly app, WhatsApp, Instagram and other services. They have their own terms and privacy policies.
Liability
We provide the site as it is and can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not liable for losses caused by relying on general information on the site, except where the law doesn’t allow this to be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. This doesn’t take away any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country.
