How do you track the colour and consumables in a service?
Each service lists its consumables and their standard amounts. At checkout the stylist enters the actual amount, and it comes off stock by batch, oldest first. The client's latest formula is saved on their card.
How are stylist commissions calculated?
You set rates separately for services, retail and memberships, on the price before or after discount. The consumables used come off first, at their price in emly. Each stylist's balance and payouts are recorded. How commissions are calculated
Won't clients mind paying a deposit?
The system asks for it, politely and in the client's language, and only for the services you choose. You can make an exception for regulars. If a client doesn't come, you decide whether to keep the deposit. We switch on card payments for you. How deposits work
Who can see clients' phone numbers?
You decide, with 140 permissions. Numbers can be hidden, a stylist can see only their own clients, and you grant the right to export. You see every signed-in device and can sign any of them out. The client list stays with the salon.
How does eHDM work with emly?
Online payments, such as deposits, get an eHDM receipt automatically. At the desk, the receipt prints on your own fiscal printer.
What data can you move, and can we keep our visit history?
Ask us to import the available data, free. What we can move depends on the source: visit history can be imported from other systems, while we agree the available data from Excel or notebook photos with you first. Team training is free, on site in Yerevan or by video call elsewhere. You can run both systems for a week before switching.
