How are rooms and therapists booked?
Each room has its own column in the calendar, and a booking holds the room and the therapist together. No therapist, room or device is booked twice. When a booking has several services, only therapists who do all of them are offered. Coming soon: services with two therapists, such as a four-hands massage. How online booking works
How do gift cards work?
Sell a gift card at the desk, send it by SMS or email, and in Armenia sell it on your booking page too (we switch on online sales). The card has one design, with your logo. You set its validity (6 months by default), and the guest gets a reminder before it runs out.
Can we sell packages?
Yes: packages, visit-based memberships and unlimited memberships, with usage tracked at each visit. Sell them at the desk, and in Armenia during online booking too (we switch it on). Memberships don't renew automatically.
Our guests speak Russian and English. Can they book in their own language?
Yes. The booking page and messages are in Armenian, Russian and English, and you write the service descriptions separately for each language.
What do we need for the guest's card to open when they call?
An ats.am virtual line. It works with every operator in Armenia, and we connect it to emly for you. During the call the admin sees the guest's name, last visit and tags.
How does eHDM work, including for gift cards sold online?
For online payments, such as deposits and gift cards, the eHDM receipt is issued automatically. When a guest pays at the desk, the receipt prints on your fiscal printer. Payments and fiscal receipts
