What happens to the deposit if the client cancels or moves the date?
You set the window, from 2 hours to 7 days. Moved in time, the deposit moves with the booking and later comes off the final price. If the client cancels later or doesn't come, the system suggests keeping the deposit. Once confirmed, it stays with the studio. With the required permission, you can also choose not to keep the deposit. We switch card payments on for you. How deposits work
Can we keep the sketch and the details on the client card?
Yes. Attach the sketch and reference images to the client card, and note the size and placement. The artist sees them before the session.
Can clients fill in a health and consent form before the session?
Yes. Write your own questions about allergies, skin and age. The client fills the form in before the session, and it stays on their card.
How is the artist's share calculated?
Set each artist's rate. At checkout, emly deducts the used cartridges, ink and film from stock. Their price in emly is deducted from the commission base before the rate applies. Each artist sees their balance and payouts. How commissions are calculated
Can clients get aftercare messages and a touch-up reminder?
Yes. Set them once: aftercare tips the next day, a healing check after four weeks, a touch-up offer after six. They go by SMS and email, on schedule.
