“Card payments mean paperwork with the bank”
We switch card payments on for you, through Ameria Bank, and the money reaches your account in dram. You see every payment and payout in emly.
Which payments get an eHDM receipt?
Online payments through the bank (deposits, payment links and gift cards sold online) get their eHDM receipt automatically: one payment, one receipt. At the desk, for cash or terminal payments, your fiscal printer prints the receipt. Refunds get a return receipt. eHDM needs a few settings in your personal account with the State Revenue Committee, and we help you connect it. eHDM is free, and businesses that join now keep it free for as long as they have an emly account. The fiscal printer is a separate device and may carry fees from another provider.
How do we start taking cards?
You send the request from emly, and we switch card payments on through Ameria Bank, in dram. The fee is 2.9% on Armenian cards and 3.5% on international ones. The money goes to your bank account, and every payout shows in emly.
Can a client pay by link?
Yes. You send the link by SMS or email, and the client opens the bank's page and pays. The eHDM receipt is then issued automatically, and the payment appears in the list.
Can we refund to a card?
Yes, from the payment screen, within the bank's deadline. A return receipt is issued, the specialist's commission is reversed, and any products sold go back into stock.
When does the money reach us?
A deposit reaches your account within 2 business days after the service. Other online payments, such as a gift card or a payment link, arrive within 2 business days after the payment. Every payout shows in emly as pending or done, with the amount before and after the fee.
Can a client split one bill?
Yes. Combine card, cash, gift card, deposit, points, coupon or payment link. Each sale is linked to its specialist. Online payments get an eHDM receipt; desk payments get a receipt from your fiscal printer.
