Pricing is based on seats, with a minimum of 3. Seats include specialists who take bookings, rooms or equipment booked without a specialist, and each extra location. Admins and managers are free.

Each specialist sees every line on their phone, and the payment it came from. Nothing is typed twice.
How is commission worked out?
Set each specialist’s rates for services, retail and memberships, or use one rate for a service across the team. Calculate commission before or after discounts, with consumables deducted first. Refunding a payment reverses its commission.
How are payouts to specialists recorded?
Each specialist has a running balance: what they’ve earned, less what’s already been paid. You record each payout in emly, partial ones too. The commission report shows everything for the period you choose and exports to Excel.
Can specialists see what they’ve earned?
Yes. Each specialist opens emly in their phone’s browser and sees their bookings, sales and commission balance. There’s nothing to download. A separate staff app is coming soon.
How do shifts work?
You set a weekly schedule and exceptions by date. A day can have several shifts, and for each shift you choose which services the specialist does. A specialist works at one branch on a given day, and can work at different branches on different days.
Who sees the commission figures?
You control access through permissions. Specialists see only their own commission and balance. Only the roles you choose can view the whole team’s figures or export them. Who sees what in emly

Yes, when you ask. We import your team and services along with your clients and the available visit history, and go through your rates during training. emly then calculates commissions and each specialist’s balance. You record payments made to specialists.
