Add-ons and fees

  • WhatsApp reminders: an optional paid add-on. You connect your own Pact account and pay Pact directly; emly charges nothing for it.
  • Card payments: 2.9% for Armenian cards, 3.5% for foreign cards. Our team switches them on, and the fee comes off the payout.

How moving works

Running a gym?

Membership management starts from 19,000 ֏ a month per location, based on active members. Each instructor taking private or group bookings is charged in addition as one seat at the standard seat rate. Instructor seats have no base fee or minimum seat count. Admin accounts are free.

Questions about price

What counts as a paid seat? What if someone leaves?

Seats include specialists who take bookings, rooms or devices booked without a specialist, and each extra location. Admins and managers are free, and deactivated staff aren’t billed. Standard plans have a 3-seat minimum. Gym instructor seats have no base fee or minimum seat count.

Are there hidden costs?

Beyond the subscription, additional charges can include SMS beyond the 100 a month (priced in the app), the card payment fee (2.9% or 3.5%) and optional WhatsApp reminders, which you pay Pact for directly while emly charges nothing. eHDM is free; a fiscal printer is a separate device and may carry third-party costs. Detailed setup is an optional paid service.

What happens after 14 days if I haven’t picked a plan?

You won’t be charged because no card was needed. Your account pauses until you choose a plan, and your data stays safe. Choose a plan to continue where you left off, or contact us to get your data.

If I prepay for a few months and then leave, do I keep my data?

Yes. While your plan is active, export clients, bookings, sales and reports to Excel or CSV any time. After it ends, your data stays safe; contact us to get it.

Is eHDM included in the price?

Yes. eHDM is free, and if you join now it stays free for as long as you have an emly account. Online payments get an eHDM receipt automatically. At the desk, the receipt prints on your fiscal printer, a separate device you buy or rent, which may carry third-party costs.
